Passionate about positive mental health, lifelong learning, and personal development, Maureen works in the humanistic & integrative tradition, focusing on the specific needs of the individual.
Maureen also holds a Diploma in Life Coaching, and brings aspects of this to her work, integrating the practical aspects of the CBT approach.
She has designed and taught programmes in personal development, public speaking, stress management, wellbeing and creative expression in Colleges, Schools and various corporate and charitable organisations, here in Ireland, and in the UK, USA, Spain, Italy, Canada, and Ghana and Israel.
