Maureen Levy is an IACP-accredited Counselling Psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. She works in a humanistic and integrative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to respond to the individual needs of each person.
Maureen brings a longstanding background in mental health, education and the arts to her psychotherapy practice. Over many years she has worked with individuals and groups in a wide range of settings, developing and facilitating programmes in personal development, communication, stress management, wellbeing and creative expression.
Maureen’s particular interests include adoption and identity, relationships and family dynamics, depression, bereavement and loss, personal development and the role that creativity can play in understanding ourselves and our experiences. Alongside her training in counselling and psychotherapy, she has a background in Fine Art and Life Coaching.
